Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Process:
Processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After items have been processed, then shipping will begin. Process time excludes the time for shipping. We process all orders in the time frames listed above and then ship out orders.

Return Policy:
We do not accept returns on any items due to the hygienic nature of our products. All sales are final. If you receive any items damaged, please contact the carrier for your package.

Refund Policy:
If your order has yet to be shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please email immediately since our shipping time is often faster than 2-3 business days. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable.

Invalid Addresses:

We are not responsible for invalid addresses or items that are delivered to the incorrect address. In the case that your address is invalid, please reach out to us immediately before your order is printed or shipped so that we can take care of this for you at no additional cost. Once your order has been shipped and USPS/ UPS has delivered it to the wrong address, please contact your local USPS/ UPS office. USPS/ UPS will re-locate your parcel and re-deliver it to you.
